I used to (and still do rarely) wake up my face down in the pillow and not being able to inhale no matter how hard I try. My ex-girlfriend who is a nurse said it was sleep apnea but i read up on it and it does not sound like whats experience. HELP ME! Previous to I Die.
Should I see a chiropractor or a pain management doctor?
A few weeks ago I was in a weird position lying in bed and something startled me causing me to jump, hurl myself forward, and leave my Left arm and shoulder behind! In other words, I dislocated it for a minute then it popped back into place. I cried out in pain. Ever since then, I cant sleep with my Left arm up under the pillow, and sleeping is pretty much a trying task now. My boyfriend says there are many large “knots” in my neck so he rubs them out and that is the only way I can get relief. Hes not here now, its 6 am, and I cant sleep!

Does sleeping with two pillows affect my posture?
Ok I just had a surgery 5 days ago and I am in the process of recovery. I have to be practically all day in bed resting, and the nurses told me to use two pillows because is the best way to recover since I had a surgery in my jaw.
But does sleeping with two pillows is going to affect my posture cause I heard it does.

How serious is vomiting?
My daughter is nearly 8 wks ancient, and she vomitted this morning. Not spit up, VOMITTED. The world over. It wasn’t what I would deliberate projectile, but it got all over me, her, the Boppy pillow, and the sofa. She was nursing, and I sat her up to burp her when she puked. I’ve fed her since then and she kept it down. My mom said that unless she keeps it up, she’s probably fine. Do I need to take her to the doctor?
Best breastfeeding pillow for small breasts? (very detailed :)?
Sorry for the details
I’m pregnant & preparation to nurse & I want to buy a Boppy or some sort of breastfeeding pillow. I have small perky boobs that do not sag at all, therefore I feel like the boppy pillow won’t raise the baby high sufficient to nurse since my nipples are sticking straight out instead of hanging down. Sorry again for the details but at least you’ll know what I need lol. When I see pictures in baby magazines or ads for the bobby pillow, all of the women have larger breasts that hang down. I’ve got 2 children now but I didn’t breastfeed but I know already from when I was swollen after they were born, that my breasts get very hard & still very perky. Really look pretty nice lol but just seems like it will be hard for me to breastfeed comfortably. Anyone urge anything that’s been through it? Thanks a lot!

- 1 going home outfit (comfy yoga pants & nursing tank top)
- 2 pairs of underwear
- 2 pairs of socks
- 4 sanitary pads and 4 breast pads
- 1 tube of Lansinoh breast cream
- all toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, etc.)
